• While your account is open: we keep your information so your courses, progress and certificates stay available. We do not delete inactive accounts automatically.
• When you ask us to delete your account: email support@praxiumacademy.com and we will delete your personal information within 30 days.
• Order and invoice records: kept for 7 years after the purchase, even if you delete your account, to meet our tax and accounting obligations.

8. Children's Privacy

Praxium Academy is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. Accounts are for people aged 13 or older (or the minimum age to consent to data processing where they live), and users under 18 need a parent's or guardian's permission.
